At the end of 2004 I experienced a burn-out and depression myself. I took myself, my job, and my thoughts way too seriously. At the time I was working as a researcher at the department of Economics at the University of Antwerp. Because of my own experiences I got more and more interested in psychology, coaching and maximizing (my) potential. After a lot of coaching trainings and a lot of soul-searching I finally stumbled upon the 3 Principles. A deceptively simple, but very powerful understanding.
With the discovery of the 3 Principles by Sydney Banks in the 70's the logic of the human psyche has become extremely clear. The 3 Principles offer a totally new paradigm to understand the human experience. The deeper we see these principles in action, the more mental clarity and more contentment we experience ourselves. And with more clarity and better feelings come better ideas, better collaboration and better performance.
The 3 Principles have long been operating under the radar of mainstream psychology and academics, but the last few years this understanding is spreading rapidly all over the world. The 3 Principles approach is currently being used in therapy, psychiatry, leadership development, prisons and community development. As a 3P trainer and coach I focus on both professionals and individuals. wimdepr@gmail.com
